• Kindly note that the driver will wait at the arrival terminal for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight arrives. Should the guest not arrive within 60 minutes it will be considered as a NOSHOW, rebooking of transfers will be arranged at an additional cost. 
• For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. 
• For sharing transfers, the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time. 
• The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.
