Day 1: Arrival in Paris
• Upon arrival at Paris Airport, you’ll be greeted by a private transfer to Campanile Hotel
Bercy Village or similar accommodation.
• Check-in and relax after your journey.
• Overnight stay in Paris.

Day 2: Exploring Paris
• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
• Begin your day with a Paris Hop-On-Hop-Off City Tour to explore the iconic landmarks at
your own pace.
• Later, embark on a serene Seine River Cruise to admire the city’s beauty from a different
perspective.

• In the evening, skip the line and ascend to the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower for panoramic
views.
• Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Paris.
Day 3: Paris to Lucerne
• After breakfast, check out from your Paris hotel.
• Transfer to the train station and board a 2nd class train to Lucerne, Switzerland.
• Enjoy a scenic train journey from Paris to Lucerne, passing through Basel, using the Swiss
Pass.
• Upon arrival in Lucerne, check in to Ibis Styles Luzern or a similar hotel.
• Explore Lake Lucerne, Chapel Bridge, and the Lion Monument using the Swiss Pass.
• Overnight stay in Lucerne.
Day 4: Mount Titlis Excursion
• Have breakfast at the hotel.
• Embark on an excursion to Mount Titlis, including a ride on the Ice Flyer.
• Return to Lucerne for another overnight stay.
Day 5: Lucerne to Zurich
• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out and board a train from Lucerne to Zurich.
• Upon arrival in Zurich, check in to Novotel Zurich Airport Messe or a similar hotel.
• Explore Lake Zurich, Old Town, and Landquart Shopping Village using the Swiss Pass.
• Overnight stay in Zurich.
Day 6: Rhine Falls & Lindt Chocolate Factory
• After breakfast, depart for a visit to the magnificent Rhine Falls using the Swiss Pass.
• Optionally, enjoy a boat ride for a closer experience of the falls.
• Later, visit the Lindt Home of Chocolate for sweet delights.
• Return to Zurich for another overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure from Zurich
• Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel.
• Check out and transfer to Zurich Airport for your onward flight back to India, carrying

3. Currency: The Euro (€) is used in both France and Switzerland. Notify your bank of your travel plans to avoid issues with using your cards abroad. ATMs are readily available, but be mindful of potential fees. 
4. Safety: France and Switzerland are generally safe, but remain vigilant against pickpocketing, especially in crowded areas. Keep your belongings secure and be aware of your surroundings. 
5. Dining: Indulge in French and Swiss cuisine at local bistros and restaurants. Remember to check for service charges included in the bill, and consider leaving a small tip for exceptional service. 
6. Weather: Paris experiences mild summers and cold winters, while Nice enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot summers. Switzerland’s weather varies, so pack accordingly and check the forecast before your trip.

• All the products & services mentioned in Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC website and sold to our esteemed clients are bound to stipulated terms and conditions and the same shall govern the contract between the company, Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC, and its Clients. 
• The booking will be made by Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC only: 

1. On acceptance of our written quotation or offer. 
2. On receipt of passport copies of all passengers traveling. 
3. On specified non-refundable initial deposit to proceed with the booking. 
4. On full payment of the tour for last-minute bookings. 
5. Consent given to the use of the client’s personal data relevant to completing the booking. 

• The binding contract commences upon the issuance of the Booking Confirmation that mentions the details of the tour. 
  

Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract or decline the confirmation of the booking and return the deposit as per our sole discretion at any time before the tour. 

• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure / itinerary and terms and conditions. 
• Amount paid towards a group tour cannot be transferred to a customized package. 
• Unutilized bookings / services will not be carried forward to the next calendar year. 
• The Lead Passenger on the booking confirmation will be authorized for all the passengers on the booking confirmation to agree with the terms and conditions, acceptance of the booking, and for the payment of themselves and on behalf of all the passengers mentioned on the booking. 
• No person/s other than those affiliated with Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify, or waive any stipulation, representation, term, or condition in the brochure/website/online & offline booking tools. 
• Vouchers will be released in 3-4 working days after we receive the full payments / 07 days prior to the departure. 
• In case of last-minute bookings, a credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the services. 
• Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card. 
• No refunds either in part or full will be made in case of any unused services in the above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours. 
• Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings or any other valuable items left in our vehicles or tour sites; it is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it. 
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will not be any live entertainment. 
• Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited. 
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines. 
• Horizon Hoppers Tourism LLC reserves the right to charge 100% no show charges if the guest is not there at the time of scheduled pick-up. 

• Rates quoted are Net and Non-Commissionable. 
• Due to the dynamic rate system across the globe, the above quotation is valid for 24 hours only. 
• The above is just a quote, and the same is subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• No Rooms or Services have been blocked. 
• The above quotation is not valid if dates overlap with Exhibitions & special events unless specified. 

Rooms / Rates are subject to availability unless booked. 

• Please check all inclusions as any additions will incur extra charges. 
• Rates quoted are based on a minimum of 2 pax traveling together. 
• Any amendments to the date of travel or the number of passengers will subject to requote. 
• Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged by the hotel directly to the guests upon arrival unless specified. 
• 5% VAT is included in the above quote. 
• Airline / Fuel Surcharges may apply which need to be paid over and above the Tour Cost. 
• Midnight surcharges will be applicable for Transfers arranged between 2200 hrs. – 0700 hrs. (Depending on the flight details given by you). 
• Meals not included unless specified.

• Hotels reserve the right to release bookings held on Time Limit without prior notice. 
• In case of any unavailability, we reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours, and transfer of equal standard. 
• Horizon Hoppers is not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings. There won’t be any refund for it. You may request at the hotel directly to pre-book a boxed breakfast in case of an early morning departure. This would also be at the discretion of the hotel. 
• Breakfast, if included, cannot be provided on the day of arrival at any city. 
• Horizon Hoppers is not responsible for any excess baggage charges on tour. 
• Horizon Hoppers reserves the right to change any information, route, or attractions before or after your booking due to events beyond our control like bad weather, any natural calamity, any accident, and or any logistic issues. 

• Check-in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs. and check out is before 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel. 
• Certain sightseeing tour/activities are seasonal and operate on specific dates only. 
• For certain sightseeing on Seat in Coach Basis you may need to go for to the pickup point. 
• All Transfers & Sightseeing’s are on Seat In Coach basis unless specified on Private basis.  
• If the Flight Schedule does not meet the Seat In Coach Transfer Schedule of the Supplier then the Transfers will be confirmed on a Private basis at Supplement Cost. 
• All tours and transfers are point to point unless Vehicle at disposal is booked. 
• The pick-up or drop-off timings can be changed as per the trip schedule. It may also change depending on traffic conditions and your location. 

Kindly note that the driver will wait at the arrival terminal for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight arrives. Should the guest not arrive within 60 minutes it will be considered as a NOSHOW, rebooking of transfers will be arranged at an additional cost. 

• For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. 
• For sharing transfers, the drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled time. 
• The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests. 
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
